What it is
Sorted is a dating app you play. Your pixel self runs through town, you hold to talk to the people you pass, and you pick who you'd like to meet. A pick sends a Date Card with a plan; when they stamp it, you're matched and the chat opens with a place to meet already suggested.
- Plans, not endless swiping. Every match starts with a venue and a time, picked from places near the midpoint between you.
- Photos stay hidden until you match. Before that, people see a pixel portrait, first name, age and distance.
- Photo verification. A short face scan earns a blue tick, and you can choose to meet only verified people.
- 18+ only. Your date of birth is asked when you sign up.
- Free to play every day. Sorted Plus and heart packs, bought through the App Store, add more runs and hearts.
Sorted is coming soon to iPhone. The App Store link will appear here when it is live.
Safety
- Block or report anyone from their profile or from a chat. A block removes you from each other's runs and ends any plan between you.
- Reports are reviewed by a person. Accounts that break the rules are suspended.
- For a first meeting, choose a public place, tell a friend where you're going, and arrange your own way there and back. Sorted does not check anyone's background, and a blue tick shows only that a face matched a photo.
Support
Something not working, or a question about your account? Write to hello@openslot.cc with the subject "Sorted support". To report a person, use Report in the app; if you can't, write to us with their name and what happened.
Your account and data
- Delete your account: in the app, open Me, then Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, photos, picks, matches and chats are erased seven days later. Write to us within that week to change your mind. If you can't get into the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
- Cancel Sorted Plus: in your Apple ID subscription settings. Sorted can't cancel it for you, and deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
