1. Who can use Sorted

Sorted is operated by A GOOD LIFE, New Delhi, India. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must give your real date of birth and use your own photos. One person, one account. If you are a person who has been convicted of a sexual offence or a violent crime, or you are barred from dating services, you may not use Sorted.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or that we believe puts someone at risk.

3. Community guidelines

Be who you say you are, and be decent. You must not:

  • use someone else's photos or identity, or create a fake or joke profile;
  • harass, threaten, pressure, shame or send sexual or abusive messages or images to anyone;
  • post content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or that sexualises anyone, and never anything involving a person under 18;
  • ask people for money, sell things, promote a business, recruit, or run scams;
  • share another person's phone number, address or private details, or try to take a conversation off Sorted before they are comfortable;
  • use bots, scrapers or automation, or try to get around the free limits, blocks or suspensions.

Photos should show you. Nudity is not allowed. We may remove any photo or message and suspend accounts for breaking these rules, without notice where someone may be at risk.

4. Safety, blocking and reports

You can block or report anyone from their profile or a chat. A block removes you from each other's runs and ends any plan between you. We review reports and act on them, but we can't promise to catch everything. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number first. In India that is 112.

5. Meeting people

Sorted introduces people; what happens after that is between you. We do not check anyone's background, and the blue verified tick means only that a face scan matched that person's first photo. Venue suggestions come from public map data and may be wrong or out of date. Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own travel, and leave if you feel uncomfortable. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what people do or say, online or in person.

6. Hearts, runs and Sorted Plus

Free accounts get a daily number of runs and hearts, which reset each day. Hearts are used to send picks. Coins you collect while running can be traded for bonus hearts. Heart packs and Sorted Plus are bought through the Apple App Store and are charged to your Apple ID. Sorted Plus renews automatically until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple. Hearts and coins have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are lost when an account is deleted or removed for breaking these terms. We may change the free limits, prices and what Plus includes.

7. Your content

You own what you post, and you give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run Sorted — for example to show your profile and photos to the people described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to post it.

8. Disclaimer

Sorted is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that you will find a match, or that anyone you meet is who they say they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from Sorted is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Me, then Settings, then Delete account; it is erased seven days later. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about changes that matter. Continuing to use Sorted after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction. Questions, reports or grievances: hello@openslot.cc. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours.
